DB0123 Acrylic Paint - 123: Extra Dark Sea Grey - Satin - 14ml

Humbrol No. 123 Extra Dark Sea Grey is a water-based Acrylic paint with a Satin finish, supplied in a 14ml dropper bottle. It was developed for plastic model kits and resin models, but works on many other substrates. Humbrol has been the modeller's standard for decades. Matt, Gloss and Metallic versions of this colour are also available.

Key Features

• Satin finish in Extra Dark Sea Grey, with rich pigmentation and a self-levelling resin system
• 14ml dropper bottle for precise dispensing, compatible with the Humbrol Paint Palette (AG5111)
• High opacity: one coat covers, while two thin coats give the cleanest finish
• Touch dry in 20 - 40 mins; hard dry in 1 - 2 hours
• Brush straight from the bottle or palette, or thin for airbrushing at 2 parts paint to 1 part water or Acrylic Thinners

Ideal For

• Plastic model kits and resin models
• RAF and Fleet Air Arm aircraft in 1:72 or 1:48 scale, plus Royal Navy warship builds
• Most plastics, wood, glass, ceramics, metal, cardboard, sealed plaster and sealed hardboard

How to Use

Shake the bottle thoroughly before use so the dried colour matches the reference. Two thin coats are preferable to one thick coat, so let the first coat hard-dry before applying the second. Clean brushes with water or Acrylic Thinners while wet, or cellulose thinners once dry.

Warning: not suitable for children under 3 years.
